Tandoori Salmon

Ingredients

4 salmon filets
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp mustard oil
2 lemons
.75 cup ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp Garam Masala

Process

Marinade :Mix yogurt with juice of two lemons, add paste and dry masalas. Take this marination and lightly coat the fish. Fish does not need much time to soak in the marination , so 30-45 minutes is more than enough.
Cook : If you have a tandoor, nothing like it. But if you don’t preheat a oven to 450”
On a baking tray place baking paper that is well coated with oven pan spray or oil
Cook for 7 minutes or to your preferred done-ness.
Garnish with cilantro and fresh lemon and a picnh tandoori masala dry.
