गरम | Warm / Hot
The bold foundation to the majority of Indian dishes. Hot in this case refers to the warmth of the cinnamon, black pepper, star anise, cardamom, mace, nutmeg, red chilies, & coriander seeds. This mix is complex and best used in small amounts to compliment bold, rich curries & also does well when it accentuates other proteins that can take such intense flavour
धनिया जीरा | Coriander-Cumin
The subtle savoury foundation to many homestyle Indian dishes. This artful blend contains 3 varieties of coriander and two varieties of cumin. It is the underlying foundation to traditional Indian sabzis, fried item, and batters. This can be used liberally or in little amounts and by a true Indian cook this is is actually used more than its more famous cousin ( garam )
बिरयानी | Spiced Rice
This floral blend of rose petals, three varieties of cumin, ajwain, cinnamon, red chili, mango powder + pomegrante is the complex background to Biryani, a beloved spiced rice dish usually made from braised meat.
चाय | Tea
Chai is one of the most consumed things in an Indian household. In here you’ll find 2 varieties of cardamom, star anise, cinnamon & a touch of black pepper to give your Chai a truly authentic taste.
A pinch of this will take your tea to the next level
धनिया जीरा | Tandoori
This finishing masala is the the last thing for a good tandoori item or fried item. Made with fenugreek, dried mango, pomegranate seeds, cumin & coriander seed. This unique finishing goes well in the marinade and as a finishing spice right before serving
