Mango Chutney
Ingredients:
3 Mangoes Medium Ripe - not too soft
1 knob ginger
1 kashmiri red chili
4 tbsp sugar
salt & pepper
2 tbsp smc panch puran masala
Process :
cut mangoes medium dice and at least 4tbsp ginger in large slices
in a pot add 2 tbsp oil / heat
add ginger + chili
saute for 2 minutes
add mango and seasonings
add 2 cups water
cook for 8 minutes covered / until mango is tender
store in air tight mason jar
