Indian cuisines requires a large array of Ingredients : spices, lentils , pulses, herbs, oils - all unique to India , is what makes the taste unique.
The best way to stock up is at once in the beginning, but if you can’t do that you can also build your pantry little by little , using what you need for a given recipes.
