Green Chutney
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
2 Cloves Garlic
1.5 Cup Ginger
2-3 Green Chili
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Kashmir Red Chili
3 Tbsp SMC Tandoori Masala
1 Tbsp SMC Dhaniya Jeera
1 Tsp Black Salt
1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1.5 Cup Balkan Yogurt
Salt to taste
Process :
Except the yogurt, take all the ingredients and put in a blender.
Be sure to wash your cilantro throughly and to cut the last 5cm of the end. A lot of dirt can accumulate here.
Blend the ingredients , Chef tip: to keep it super green, add a few ice cubes. You can use some water to help it blend , no more than 1 cup
Once fully blended into a puree mix by hand with the yogurt. Do not over stir or yogurt will become runny .
In an airtight mason jar, this can easily last a week.
