Punjabi Tandoori Fish

Punjabi style BBQ Fish Kebab

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Mustard Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Fresh Chili Paste
6pc Garlic
1 tbsp Whole Coriander
1 tbsp Roasted Chickpea Flower
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp SMC Tandoori Masala

4 Whole Pomfret fish
(can be replaced with salmon filets, halibut, basa or any fish of choice)

Process :

In a blender make a paste using all the spices , lemon juice + mustard oil. You can use a few spoons of water to help with the blending.

Make 3 even cuts in the fish , be careful not to pierce.

Coat the fish in the marinade and let sit for 30-45 minutes in the fridge.

If you have a tandoor, nothing like it but this can be cooked on a grill or the oven.

Preheat oven to 435 F

Cook fish for 8 minutes until golden brown

Finish fish with fresh lemon juice, cilantro and SMC tandoori masala
